Our Commitment to Quality & Project Success

We take great care in manufacturing and delivering high-quality products that meet your specifications and leave our facility free of damage and defects. Our goal is simple: to ensure that every project is completed successfully and performs as intended for years to come. To support that goal, we ask our customers and project partners to promptly inspect products upon delivery, register their warranty, and follow all recommended guidelines for handling, storage, environmental care, installation, and ongoing care. These steps help confirm product condition at delivery and ensure optimal performance once installed. Because conditions beyond our control—such as freight negligence, jobsite handling, storage and use environments, installation methods, and maintenance practices—can directly impact product performance, proper coordination among all parties is essential. Warranty registration also ensures clear communication, documentation, and support should questions arise. When our products are handled, installed, and used in accordance with our guidelines, we stand confidently behind their quality and craftsmanship.

Please continue reading the information outlined below, and submit the product warranty registration form within five (5) days of delivery.

Together, these practices help protect your investment and ensure a smooth, successful project outcome.

Thank you for your business,

Warranty Registration Requirement

To activate and maintain warranty coverage, all products must be registered by the original purchaser or authorized end user within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to complete the warranty registration process within the required timeframe will result in the denial of warranty coverage, to the extent permitted by law. Warranty registration serves as a formal acknowledgment that the purchaser and/or end user has received, reviewed, and accepted all product specifications, installation requirements, environmental conditions, freight and receiving, and care and maintenance guidelines provided by Baltix Sustainable Furniture. For purposes of this warranty and all related documentation, Baltix Sustainable Furniture, LLC. shall be referred to as the “Manufacturer.”

Inspecting all products for visible damage, defects, or non-conformities
-
Submitting freight claims to the carrier
-
Verifying quantities, finishes, dimensions, and specifications
-
Notifying the manufacturer in writing of any issues prior to installation or use. Installation, use, or storage of the product constitutes full acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.
