Stone Fabrication

Using CNC routers and waterjet technology, slabs are cut to exact tolerances. Complex shapes, radiuses, and custom configurations are executed with high accuracy, supporting everything from standard table tops to unique, large-format surfaces.

Panel Cutting

Wood Stave Assembly

We sustainably source high-grade hardwoods—such as oak, maple, walnut, ash, and beech—and carefully sort for color, grain, and structural quality. All lumber is kiln-dried and acclimated to controlled shop conditions to stabilize moisture content prior to fabrication. Staves are edge-glued using high-performance adhesives and clamped or pressed under controlled pressure. This creates a single, structurally stable panel designed to resist separation and withstand heavy commercial use.
