To assist our team in reviewing and evaluating your warranty claim, please complete the claim submission form and provide clear, detailed photographs documenting the reported defect(s).

A minimum of two (2) photographs are required for each product included in the claim:

  1. Full Product Image: A photograph showing the entire product to help our team identify the item and assess its overall condition.

  2. Close-Up Image: A detailed photograph clearly showing the specific defect or area of concern.

Please ensure that all affected products are individually documented and included in your submission. Complete, accurate information will help our team evaluate your claim efficiently and minimize delays in the review process.
