How to Specify Made-to-Order Plank Surfaces
Creating a custom plank aka 'Face-grain' surfaces is simple. Select your preferred wood species and provide the following specifications:

Ash (A), White Oak (WO), Red Oak (RO), Maple (M), Beech (B), or Walnut (W)
Stain or Clear Coat
In-House Stain - No upcharge
Custom Stain Match - We can stain match any HPL or solid color

It is the customer’s and end user’s responsibility to maintain a minimum relative humidity level of 30% in all areas where wood products are stored or installed. Failure to maintain appropriate humidity levels may cause product issues, including but not limited to cracking, warping, splitting, cupping, shrinking, swelling, or joint separation. Damage resulting from improper humidity or environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty. This is an industry standard condition for wood products.
