"Working with Baltix has been absolutely refreshing. Our coffee shop required a lot of different products they carried and they were knowledgeable, responsive and what we received was exactly as advertised if not better than what we had expected. I can strongly recommend them as they are one of the few companies we’ve worked with, Post Covid, that are very customer service based and actually do what they say they’ll do. I highly recommend!"
