Steel Bases

Baltix offers a comprehensive collection of steel base styles that can fit in any commercial environment. These bases are built using 14 gauge steel and the mounting plates are made of 7 gauge steel with welded reinforcement. All welded joints are ground smooth for commercial applications. These bases come in 19 standard VOC-free powder coat color options. Baltix offers bases at custom heights per your specification. We also offer a wide variety of base add-on options; locking casters, flip-top mechanism (nesting), folding, adjustable height, wire management and more. All steel bases are commercial-grade and support BIFMA standards. The steel utilized to manufacture these bases includes 30+% recycled content.

Cast Iron Bases

Our cast iron bases are made from 100% recycled grey iron (used or scrap) material. These bases will not bend or flex and are dent- and impact-resistant. The cast iron bases are finished with a non-VOC black wrinkle powder coat that will stand up to cleaning products, shoe marks, and also deters rust. These commercial-grade bases are engineered with added wall thickness and support ridges on the underside to provide added strength.

Stainless Steel Bases

Classic design meets a beautiful finish with our stainless steel bases. Our stainless steel bases are made from 304-grade stainless steel and are offered at standard or bar height (optional foot ring available on most bases). 304-grade stainless steel offers impressive strength as well as incredible corrosion resistance.
