BioSurf™

An environmentally friendly alternative to fomaldehyde-based high pressure laminates. BioSurf biolaminate is comprised of a proprietary technology and a 100% blend of soybean and corn biopolymer. BioSurf printed material uses reverse direct digital technology to embed an image beneath a clear wear layer providing improved performance and high definition clarity. (16 patterns available; may upgrade with custom patterns and logos.)

Powder Coat Finish

Powder coating is an environmentally preferred method of applying a finish that avoids traditional solvent-based paints. The powder is electrostatically adhered to our green MDF and then baked to a final finish. It is ultra smooth, moisture resistant and does not emit harmful VOCs. (Five standard color options available.)

Veneer

Made from Sustainably harvested wood, Baltix veneer products have been cultivated and harvested in a manner to minimize negative environmental impacts. Our hardwood products can be FSC certified, which is recognized by LEED®. (Four species available.)

Recycled Steel Base

Table bases are BIFMA standard and made from steel that includes post-industrial recycled content. Finished with powder coat non VOC process. Standard colors include satin chrome and black. (14 additional colors are available upon request.)

Forbo Linoleum

Made form natural raw materials, including linseed oil, pine rosins, and wood flour, Forbo linoleum is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. These natural properties also cause Forbo to strengthen over its lifetime. Additionally, Forbo is warm to the touch, self-healing, easy to clean and naturally anti-microbial and anti-static. (23 standard color options available; additional options by request.)

Biocomposite Sunflower and Wheat

Agrifiber board is created from agricultural biobased materials including wheat straw and sunflower husks. These materials are typically considered waste products and would generally be land filled, incinerated, or plowed back under fields.

ShetkaStone™

ShetkaStone is made from 100% recycled paper products and is a durable work surface that is water resistant, stain resistant, and class “A” fire rated. ShetkaStone converts wastepaper and cardboard into a beautiful, durable material that is non-toxic and emits no harmful VOCs. (Six colors available.)

Green MDF

Arreis® SDF (Sustainable Design Fiberboard), is made from 100% recycled wood fiber, has no added formaldehyde and emits no harmful VOCs. Finish options include water-based clearcoat, Forbo linoleum laminate, hardwood veneers and BioSurf™. (FSC option is available.)

Bamboo

Rapidly renewable bamboo is offered with two styles; edge grain and flat grain and with two colors; natural and amber. Bamboo is very lightweight and strong. (FSC option is available.)

BioEdge Green Edgeband

An alternative for PVC/ABS edgebanding. Made from a natural, non VOC biobased corn polymer material. BioEdge is available in three colors: white, black and mushroom.
