Our manufacturing takes place in central Minnesota at a facility with state of the art automated equipment and manufacturing process technology. In addition to our expertise in using eco-friendly materials our manufacturing process has been tuned to maximize material yield and minimize waste while efficiently using energy and other resources to build the highest quality furniture. Manufacturing waste is captured and reused whenever possible and the staff is engaged and dedicated to continuously improving the manufacturing process while minimizing their carbon footprint. The plant has the capacity to run large orders and the attention to detail to excel at small orders. Recent technology expansions include a new finish area, a new assembly area and an environmentally friendly powder coat line. From product specification through on-time delivery of your high-quality finished products, we are committed to our customer on each and every order.
